How to Manage Your Subscription:

We keep things flexible so it works for you:

• Choose how often your pup’s goodies arrive—monthly or every other month.

• Need to pause? Skip a box whenever you like.

• Pick the date that works best for your next billing—total control is in your hands.

• You can make all changes easily through the link in your confirmation email.

Shipping & Personal Touch:

Every box is put together just for your dog, right here in Canada 🍁. We usually need about 24 hours to personalize and prepare your order before it heads out the door.

Plan Options:

• Monthly Plan: Stay subscribed as long (or short!) as you’d like—cancel whenever you want.

• Prepaid Multi-Month Plans (6 or 12 months): These plans come with built-in savings and extra perks for committing to the full term. Boxes will continue each month until the plan ends. If you decide to end early, your discount will be removed, and past boxes will be adjusted to our standard rate.

Early Cancellation Fees (Multi-Month Plans)

When a multi-month subscription (6 or 12 months) is cancelled before the term ends, the total discounts received on past boxes will be charged as an adjustment fee.

• This charge is processed immediately at the time of early cancellation.

• No additional boxes are shipped with this adjustment fee.

• If you choose not to cancel early and instead let your subscription run its full term, no adjustment fee will apply.
