We want to get your WoofCrate products to you as soon as possible. That's why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your WoofCrate goodies to use sooner.
Order Processing and Shipping:
- Your first box will be dispatched promptly upon order confirmation.
- Subsequent subscription boxes will ship on the 3rd, 5th day of each month normally.
- Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Orders placed after 12:00 noon MST on Fridays will be sent out the following Monday.
Within Canada, you may receive your package within 3-8 business days, however, it is not within our direct control, and we cannot be held responsible if a package is delayed for any reason.
Lost Packages:
If you've received a delivery confirmation but can't find your WoofCrate package, consider the following steps:
- Check thoroughly in and around your property, including side alleys, back porches, front entrances, or shared mail cubicles.
- Reach out to your neighbors to inquire if they received the WoofCrate parcel by mistake.
- Contact our WoofCrate team via email at happy@woofcrate.ca or use our live chat feature for assistance.
If you still cannot find your parcel, please notify us immediately. Our team will initiate a claim to determine its whereabouts.
Your Shipping Address:
Please be aware that the accuracy of the shipping address you provide is your responsibility. Ensuring its correctness is crucial for a smooth delivery experience. If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, we will try our best to reroute it if caught early enough, although you are still responsible for the cost of the order even if you do not receive it.
