If you are a proud dog mom like me, you know the joy of spoiling your fur baby, which WoofCrate allowed us to do at an absolutely reasonable price! When I first signed up, I had made a lot of errors and Ryan was absolutely fantastic, even with all the back and forth. Mary had created such a beautiful piece of art of our little guy, which was such a special addition to subscribing for 6 months. It has just been such a great experience from the start. In the monthly package, it comes with 2 bags of treats, a couple toys, a bully stick, and then also an accessory item (i.e., bows and bandanas). My pup always got excited when he saw the nicely designed red box. We really enjoyed being with a company that was local to Alberta, which also made the shipping incredibly fast. We would get an email letting us know that the package was on its way and it would get to us either the next day, or 2 days after shipping. This was something we favoured more than what we experienced with Woof Pack, because we would usually be waiting nearly a month for the package to arrive after shipping.
Overall, both my dog and I have gotten so much joy from our subscription to WoofCrate. It was a really nice way to connect with my dog even when we get busy and can't spend as much time as we would like with him because it gave us both something to be excited about every month. I cannot recommend this company enough, especially if you are based in Alberta. If you've been considering subscribing to a dog box service, this is definitely one that you shouldn't miss out on.

Excellent personal customer service from Ryan. The packaging was very nice, the delivery time was great and our 2 month old duck toller loved his toys.

We honestly have never seen her beg so much for a treat! She loves the dehydrated wild salmon treats from the box! And I love that there all made in Canada!
I've tried quite a few dog subscription boxes (including barkbox and their superchewer box), but Woofcrate is the best: hands (and paws) down! The toys are durable while still being cute and fun to play with (I have a terrier that will rip anything to shreds), and there's a great mix of squeaky, crinkly, and treat dispensing toys; plus treats and a cute little bandana in each box! Customer service is fantastic, and I love the little contests that they throw each month <3
My dogs, I gave 3, absolutely know when their mail has arrived and get so excited about them. I love the different themes every month and the quality of both the toys and treats are on par. I communicate with Ryan all the time and he is the most pleasant individual to deal with. He is so accommodating and understanding. I 1000% recommend Woof Crate, you won’t be disappointed and neither will your fur babies. Get online and order your fur baby one NOW LOL!!! Great Canadian box that puts the US boxes to shame. All treats right here in Canada. For puppies the plush toys are great, would move to the Dukes Crafe for more seasoned chewers!

We have been subscribers for a year now. The “crate” arrives and Poppy rushes to see me open it (she started doing it every time a box arrives, thinking it’s for her).
The boxes are creative, the treats are delicious and the toys are themed and both elegant and durable.

Omg I can't find all the words to say how much I am satisfied with this company. We are on our 3rd box of the 1 year option. My fur grand baby Carlos loves every one of the toys he has received and he can't get enough of the treats. There is such a variety in each box so we-he is always happy. Also Ryan is so accommodating making notes on what Carlos likes and not so much likes..lol. I highly recommend and you won't be disappointed.
WoofCrate has been a Godsend for us and our pupper! The customer service is phenomenal. Ryan has been super helpful, easy to deal with, and extremely fast responding. The treats are always a hit! We started with the plush toys in the themed crate, but our high strength chewer got swapped to the Dukes Crate with one quick email. Dukes toys hold up and have become his favourites!
We love our monthly subscription! We’ve tried other brands before but WoofCrate takes our vote! Our pup knows it’s his package when it arrives at the door, making the arrival extra special. There is a monthly theme and the contents are always so fun! Our pup loves the treats and the plush toys the most - especially when a plush doubles as a treat dispenser or sniff toy. The rubber toys he’s not as into but they don’t seem to come as often. When they do, we just donate them to a local shelter so we figure at least another dog can enjoy them! The company has been super helpful when a shipment has been lost or if we need to delay a package because we’re out of town. Customer service at the forefront - you talk with actual humans rather than robots. Thank you WoofCate!
We love WoofCrate! Every month is a different and unique theme with lots of yummy Canadian treats and toys. Maple loves going through her box, as you can see her with some of her Valentines Day items.
Customer service is also above and beyond. Highly recommend WoofCrate to anyone looking for a subscription box for their dog.

Great Canadian company with a personal touch. Treats are top notch/healthy and the toys are fantastic. Used then for 6months and just resubscribed for another year; well worth it, especially with the cost and time savings. ***Four stars only because instead of bows/ties (super cute) I'd prefer a proper bandana (or something akin) once in a while. ***5 star update: I asked for bandanas and WC made it happen! Point being, it's a company that cares about their customers and strives to bring more value. This is why I recommend WC to everyone.
I wanted to support a Canadian company and get some great treats for my dogs. My experience has been nothing but positive from the start. Ryan worked with me to find the best WoofCrate solution for my 3 boys. They are so excited when I open and they nose through the surprises. The tough toys are super tough for my super chewers and the treats are high quality. I would highly recommend WoofCrate! Here are my boys enjoying today's toy & treat and Wallace sporting last months Christmas themed bandana.
Great experience, I know my dog was mostly into the box for the treats, but the beautiful wrapping and theme made it a lot of fun to open all around, and the Birthday wrapping and ribbons where a lot of fun!
Update: After a year.
Our Doggo has passed away but I wanted to make an update to this review.
We found the treats from the Treat Enthusiast could spoil our doggo for the month so honestly WoofCrate has been the Chefs Plate for our doggo and spared many visits to the pet store. We where also accommodated for our dogs bad teeth by getting some softer treat's. We made it a once a month family night to open her box and see what theme we had, all of it was very nice. Not everything is perfect so I'll add a couple notes, but I'm keeping the 5 stars because It was still the right fit for me.
1. Cancelations of 3 and 6 box subscriptions cost $15 per missed box. Makes sense because you get a discount, but it requires some awareness, which is hard if you plan to go to your dogs end of life, but I was able to change the shipping address and on request change the Dog and I'm sending my last 4 boxes to another puppy in my life.
2. No Cancelations within the website. I'm a Gen Z so that bugs me more than it possible should, My experience has been that this is a scummy practice to keep you sucked in. But with WoofCrate is seems to be a technical limitation, which as of writing this (2023-06-30) is hopefully on the mend. But regardless if your willing to send an Email, their "Customer Support" is 10/10 No Questions asked no strings attached.
Here's an exact quote from that email. "Thanks for your email. I’ll go ahead and do that. If you don’t mind me asking, how was it?"
WoofCrate has been a wonderful experience so far. I originally subscribed because I was always buying extra things at the pet store for my baby husky and realize that I could have nice themed surprises delivered at my door for a fixed price. Helping me controlling my "treats and toys budget".
What I love is that you can choose how you personalize the box according to your dog's race, age, and preferences, and if these evolve with time you can update it and they adapt the box. For example, even if the treats are local and 100% natural (which is a big +) my doggo prefers more meaty treats than biscuits, so my box will be a bit different next time.
Ryan, the owner contact us regularly to check if everything is fine and if the dogs are happy, and is always happy to adapt.
In the box you always have several treats, a very cute postcard with the theme on it (I personally loved the "Camping" theme, "Halloween" theme and "Gaming" themes!) , at least 2 toys well selected and always original! And a bandana or little aesthetic accessory.
The treats usually are enough for me to treat my 2 huskies until the next month, and I think I am pretty generous with them (2 rescue dogs need love). When I am out of it the next box is already on the way. Sometimes you can add extra stuff in your box to make it extra lovely.
Every month now my dog smell the box and knows it is the yummy package and are so excited to open it with me. Once the postman threw it by the top of the gate and they tried to open it without me, in the snow... Ahahah!
To sum up: really nice experience, would recommend!
Our lab Moose absolutely loves his WoofCrate boxes! The toys are super cute and durable, the treats provided are locally made and best of all, accommodate his food allergies (of which there are a lot)! Finally, the bowtie of the month has made him insanely popular at the office!

We love our crates!! There is a great variety of treats that last all month and our pups love having new toys to play with and chew on. They get so excited when we open their boxes. The customer service is amazing and so friendly. Last months bowties were precious! We can't wait to get our next box 😁

WoofCrate will leave you and your fur companion absolutely speechless with the level of compassion and detailed work put into each crate. From personalized messages, freshly baked treats, and locally sourced toys, I know my baby girl is receiving the best of the best. The two most important things I cared about when looking for a dog subscription company was durability of toys and quality of the goodies/treats. Yoshi (who LOVES to chew on toys) still has the moose from her very first crate about two years ago. With that, she also has never gotten an upset stomach on any of their treats (which attests to their attention to quality ingredients). Overall, the flexibility of the subscription process and the standard held at WoofCrate is worth every penny. I wouldn’t recommend any other dog subscription box company than WoofCrate.
Oliver loves his woofcrates and gets very excited when they arrive. All in all, the toys are long lasting, unfortunately this month’s didn’t fare so well. Looking forward to the
December crate.
The crate was misplaced in shipping and they said they would send nt a new one but when it finally arrived it was the original one. The box was kinda beat up and had been opened and doodled on. I don’t think anything was missing though. Not impressed.
